Empowering Our Community
This home is a safe and supportive space where women and children can rest, rebuild, and reclaim their future. We provide long-term housing for families facing crisis—particularly those impacted by abuse, housing instability, or substance use. With a focus on spiritual growth, practical life skills, and personalized support, we walk alongside each family as they take courageous steps toward healing, stability, and independence.

A year ago, I was battling trauma, PTSD, and the fear of being found by the man who kidnapped and abused me for 43 days. With my newborn son just out of the NICU, I prayed for a safe place—and God led me to the Hope House. From the moment they picked us up, I knew I wasn’t alone. Today, I’m working two jobs, seeing a trauma therapist, and raising my son with confidence and faith. I’ve been baptized, found community, and celebrated for my healing and sobriety. Hope House gave me a second chance—and helped me take my life back.

Leaving everything behind in the middle of the night was the hardest decision I’ve ever made—but it was the best one for my family. From the moment we arrived at Hope House, we were surrounded by love, support, and people who truly care. I’ve seen a real change in my girls, and I’ve started to believe in myself again. With the encouragement of our house mom and the community here, I’m now preparing to start college—something I never thought possible. Hope House didn’t just give us shelter—it gave us hope, healing, and a future.
