Each phase of our program is designed to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness in a safe and caring environment.

Program Phases

As women begin their healing journey, they’re supported through each phase with personalized care, life skills training, and spiritual growth. Our program is designed to restore stability, rebuild confidence, and prepare each woman for lasting independence.

Pillar One: Reset

Focus: Create a safe and nurturing space that promotes emotional regulation, rest, and personal restoration. This phase is designed to gently shift residents out of survival mode by supporting healing from chronic stress and trauma.
Core Elements:
  • Individual and group counseling to support emotional processing and build trust
  • Structured downtime to encourage rest and reflection
  • Therapeutic group sessions focused on shared experiences and support
  • Creative outlets through art therapy to express and process emotions
  • Equine therapy for emotional grounding and relationship-building
  • Movement and exercise to support physical and mental well-being
  • Health and nutrition education tailored to individual needs
  • Support in establishing basic hygiene routines
  • Introduction to trauma-informed self-care techniques

Pillar Two: Educate & Equip

Focus: Strengthen residents with foundational life skills, emotional tools, and educational opportunities that build resilience and personal agency. This phase fosters confidence and healing through learning.
Core Elements:
  • Parenting education with a trauma-informed, family-centered approach
  • Learning about personal boundaries and how to establish them safely
  • Building healthy relationship skills rooted in trust and respect
  • Support with obtaining a GED or high school diploma
  • Continued counseling focused on emotional regulation and anxiety management
  • Therapeutic group sessions focused on healing and peer support

Pillar Three: Life Ready

Focus: Prepare residents for long-term stability and independence by developing practical life skills and empowering them to navigate life with confidence.
Core Elements:
  • Support with obtaining a driver’s license and birth certificate
  • Job readiness training and guided job searching
  • Assistance with opening a bank account and understanding financial systems
  • Financial literacy including budgeting and planning
  • Help obtaining insurance and understanding coverage
  • Resume building and interview preparation
  • Opportunities to give back through safe, trauma-informed volunteering

Pillar Four: Re-Establish

Focus: Support residents in reintegrating into the broader community with renewed purpose, stability, and confidence. Emphasis is placed on long-term wellness and continued support.
Core Elements:
  • Support in securing and maintaining employment
  • Building consistency through stable income and responsible money management
  • Navigating parenting and family responsibilities with continued support
  • Ongoing access to counseling and educational opportunities
  • Strengthening healthy family bonds and parenting engagement
  • Growing personal savings and financial stability
  • Transition support for independent housing
  • Opportunities to mentor and support others in the program, fostering leadership and purpose
